The media could not be loaded.  Love it! But at first when I had issues customer service never got back to me so they need to be better about that. I had to figure it out on my own.

So cute! The look we were going for. Perfect for my husband’s birthday! Held up over a few days. So instagram- able. May need to add extra air for the Hs and Ys.

The letters are big and very cute when assembled but one of my letter A’s had a whole in the seam and could not be found to be sealed so it was a little deflated compared to the rest

This was a good purchase . We removed all the decorations except this one as my kid refused to take it down 😃. It has been hanging since 2 weeks now . Still doing great . However 2 of the stars balloons started losing their shape after 2 days , but it’s ok . It did it’s job . I liked the packaging . I hope to reuse it again .

Product was bigger than expected, but very nice, easy to put together.

The hole decoration was a good idea but was not made with good balloons. The gold and clear balloons were very thin and removing them from the wall once hung with the included glue dots made them pop. There was holes in two of the letters and another one deflated on its own. And almost all of the balloons hung with the glue dots fell.

To add a little flair to my hubby's quarantined birthday celebration I purchased this super easy kit! Reading the reviews, it seemed pretty straightforward - and to be honest I didn't read the instructions (which - the only part I missed was that each balloon had a super cool self seal!) These aren't huge - I would say each letter is maybe a foot in height give or take - perfect for a hanging banner (I hung mine right near the entrance to our kitchen).I wanted to keep this a surprise, which is incredibly hard with both of us working at home PLUS having a toddler. This just proves how simple and easy this was to put together! I didn't use the straw that it cane with to blow up the letters - I used a pump and made sure not to overpump (they recommend doing about 80% full), each balloon is self sealing, so as soon as you remove the pump nozzle/straw, it seals everything by itself. If you need to pump more air in, just re-insert!I will say that it had a pretty strong smell to them out of the bag, but I put the balloons in the closet to air out and the next day it wasn't as strong. They stayed pumped through the night and the kit also comes with string AND a plastic needle to thread! It's actually a pretty complete kit - and this momma was able to do it in about 20 minutes with a toddler singing baby shark in the background :)Overall it looked great! Was the perfect addition to make a quarantine birthday feel special!

It’s not that I particularly dislike the product it’s more along the lines that I lack know how and or they didn’t seal themselves off like I thought they would. However this could be to an error I caused not be product itself. My workaround was taping, and tying off the airway.Overall it got the job done, and I have no other complaint. So I guess the product was good.
