Effective. Convenient.
This is an effective beginner exercise tool to strengthen and tone your torso and a great value as well. It’s handy, convenient and easily portable if your a frequent traveler. Three to five sets of 8 to 12 reps in strict form with minimal rest between sets provides a reasonably solid workout if you’re pressed for time. Follow up with equal sets and reps of pushups or bench presses for a robust pectoral/upper body workout.

Workin it!
I had one of these years ago. Works good. I use it every night before hitting the rack, 3-5 exercises, 2-3 sets each. I got the 30-80 lb resistance one but need to jump up to the next level because this one is a little light for me. I do like the longer handles so you can adjust the tension. Nice piece of equipment...

Good quality bar
I really like my bar. Its the lightest one and still pretty tough when grabbing from the bottom. Im going to get the mid size one for better leverage.

Good for what it is.
Good for what it is. I have a set of dumbbells at home, but for this, I was really looking for something small, versatile, and that I could keep near my desk at work and use while I'm in boring teams meetings listening to people in order to be productive and this certainly meets that need.

Fine for a spring bar
I enjoy using this. Seems well made from a quality perspective. Could be much more versatile if the pictures weren’t misleading by showing the actor holding on the bar itself. Don’t want to do that or you will get pinched! Haven’t done it yet thankfully but if you don’t use the straps every time, the tension off a slip could very well do some face damage. Versatility limited due to necessity to have hands on bar ends.

Dumb and simple
So, I had shoulder surgery and was struggling to get strength back. A friend had one of these in the max version and I struggled with it. So I order one down and used it daily for a few months. It certainly helped me. This piece of gear is sturdy and looks good. It's pretty easy to pack into a large suit case when you're traveling too.
