I recently purchased your Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 pink electric toothbrush, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite being advertised as a high-quality and top-performing product, I have found it to be significantly lacking in comparison to my previous ones like the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX9331/04 and the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, 2019 Edition, Rose Gold.Firstly, the battery life of this toothbrush is unacceptable. Despite charging it fully, it only lasts a fraction of the time that my previous toothbrush did, leaving me without a functional toothbrush in the middle of my morning routine. This is a major inconvenience and has caused me to have to constantly interrupt my brushing to recharge the device.Furthermore, the travel case that came with this toothbrush is cheaply made and does not provide adequate protection for the toothbrush during travel. The case does not securely hold the toothbrush, and it has fallen out multiple times, putting the toothbrush at risk of damage.I expect a higher level of quality and performance from a toothbrush that is marketed as a premium product and sold at a premium price. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and feel that it is not worth the money that I spent.I would like to request a refund for this product, as it is not performing to the standards that I expected and I do not feel that it is a good value for my money. I have always been a fan of Philips products and used them for years, as well as highly recommending them to many people who have also purchased them. However, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to your products to ensure that your customers are satisfied and receive value for their money.

when it works its good but it keep breaking. Which for the money is terrible

I never used to like electric toothbrushes. Always found them too aggressive, would make my eyes vibrate, the bristles would hurt my gums and any other complaint you've probably hurd from someone. But this one i was pleasantly surprised. The vibration is limited to the head of the brush so your hand isn't vibrating like crazy try to keep your grip. You can change the level of intensity too. The bristles on the brush are so so soft but still manage an amazing clean! My teeth have never felt so clean and yet with such gentle cleaning! I just been for my check up at the dentist and they have said all of my teeth and gums are perfect scores and I have this toothbrush to thank! It's pricey but the best investment ever!

Would have given it more but unfortunately just over a year old and doesn't turn on!!Tried all the troubleshooting but nothing helps. Very disappointed for a very expensive toothbrush.

The toothbrush works very well and I’ve had no issues so far. The price point is ridiculous for what you get though. I don’t believe for a second that this toothbrush is worth £125. The app is a complete gimmick and waste of time, all the different cleaning options feel the same, and the quality and capability is no different to my last Phillips toothbrush which was £50.00. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Best quality item.its expensive but I keep eye on it and purchased it when it's on sale.really good investment. U can see difference from first use.it feel like u have been to dentist for cleaningExcellent product. But only thing is case is not chargeable like other models.

After my 8 year old philips sonicare died I have decided to buy a new one. The batter life is very long lasting. Easy to use with the app and I just love the colour and the look of it. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this to replace my old Sonicare which was an unbelievable 17 years old! Passed away suddenly one night. I bought this replacement as an open box item from Amazon and it appeared to be brand-new It was half the price of a boxed one. The reason I'm so glad I didn't pay the full £300 for a boxed one is because there is no significant change between this toothbrush and its 17-year-old predecessor Yes you can use an app with it but the toothbrush stops if you press too hard anyway. The novelty of using the app on my phone whilst brushing my teeth soon wore off to be fair Unlike its predecessor it doesn't come with a charging case which I had to buy separately So for travelling you have a pretty naff plastic box to put it in. Less bulky to just throw it into your toilet bag The New one has a separate button to choose the brushing program whereas everything was incorporated on one button on the old version Same fantastic cleaning with various programmes choose from ie cleaning whitening sensitive gum health etc but I generally just use the whitening program
