When I got this I had turned it on to see if it had any charge to it. It had on the indicator 0-25% charge already. Had 4 little bars at the bottom to represent up to 25% chunks at a time. So I plugged it in and I think it took about 4 to 4.5 hours to fully charge it. I would say on high it blows air if you’re only using the fan about 3.5 feet. So enough to give you a slight cool down if you been outside all day. Adding some cold water to this makes it a little cooler not by much however living in fl with it being high humidity and this being like a swamp cooler it won’t give you much relief from the heat but it could help a little if you have a small child you need to cool down or at least to give them a touch of relief from the heat. I can for sure see using this at a desk or maybe if you’re having to come something say in a storage unit to give you a small break from the heat. For $20 I have to say it’s not bad for what it dose I took one star away because well the instructions that comes with this are not the best. Like you have ti double click the power button to turn it in. Other then that super easy to use

The media could not be loaded.  Works great, it’s definitely for personal/close range, other than that it does the job! And i use it outside on my porch- in south TEXAS HEAT. I bought 2, one for the front porch and one for the back patio. Great for the price, if it was a little bigger or stronger, it would be PERFECT!

This cooler works good but u have to put ice every 1 or 2 hours

I ordered this device, not my first, to keep a smallish bedroom a bit cooler at night. I do not expect AC type cold airAlright let's go to the positive. Yes, cool air comes out. Not super cool but cool.Now the negative. This is not a room size unit no matter how small the room. It may cool a closet somewhat but the reservoir is 1 inch deep by 5" by 5". If you put more than 2 cups of ice in, it will melt and possibly overflow. This is in the warnings by the by. And the ice won't last for more that an hour or 2. The body is plastic and not the heavy duty kind. About average. The fan. The fan has 3 speeds. 1 Noise and just detectable air movement 2. More detectable air movement if you are within 2 feet. 3. More movement yet but only if you are within 3 feet of the device.Look. The fan is no larger than 4" in diameter. That's small. The battery has to be charged when it arrives which is no big deal but it takes 3-4 hours to fully charge per directions. Mine took almost 6 and no it was not on. It would not run and charge at the same time. This means when the battery gets low it's out of commission for quite a while. Most of these units are fairly flimsy and I keep hoping (per reviews) that I will find a somewhat efficient one. I will continue to rely on my homemade model that at least holds 3 gallons of ice and will last most of the night. This won't come close.

I bought this pre hurricane season because my power goes out quite a bit. The battery lasted pretty long and it did a great job as a personal cooler. I don't feel it was really great as far as cooling the entire room, but directly on, it did the job.

First of all this Is a mini swap cooler with out the pads which work pretty good. this item could go cordless and the battery power if use on low or med speed could last all night on a full charge how ever the water can go quickly if you use this alot. however it dose cool you down if your in close quarters or near it. This Item Will not cool down your room at all!! it's ideally for personal use like bedside table or desk,office or by the PC the UBS Cord is awesome. and the charging time is slow but make sure you charge it before any use. the rotation on this works but could be too much for the cooler so I don't really need or use that feature but it dose work. the look is really unique and people always ask where i got it.. LOL duh! Amazon. try it and leave a comment it helps make better products and simply make life alittle more easier.

If you ever so slightly plug in the back, (to connect to USB) you need to be VERY very careful because as soon as you plug it in the second or third time it will break the part of the machine that gives you the humidity or cooler air blowing through with a little bit of mist, and that was like the second day. This is the third machine I’ve tried, and none of them work or are made to work properly. It’s all lies, and I think the best thing to do is maybe a standup version which are much more expensive or go to an air conditioning store…..I did like the fact that you could put the water at the top and even put ice cubes in there and let it drip through but after the second or third night even the water gauge thing barely moved at all. I mean it’s still almost full, even though I emptied it completely and refilled it, it doesn’t work, and I am not going through the headache of sending this back too, because I am very very sick, disabled and a senior and I don’t have the strength to do it and it really sucks. PLEASE STOP SELLING MERCHANDISE THAT HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY TESTED AND WONT BREAK THE SECOND TIME YOU USE IT.THERE HAS TO BE OVERSIGHT & QA.DO BETTER FOR GODS CHILDREN…..

Puedo decir queme salió caro para el resumen del producto, no echa frío solo brisa fresca, solo que moja si usas la función humidificador, si usas sola la de ventilador apenas se siente el aire. No se cómo limpiar el depósito de agua para que no le salga sarro o salitre, ya que no hay modo de contactar al vendedor para que resuelva estás dudas, la carga no dura toda la noche, lo tengo que poner con una bateria portátil para que me rinda hasta despertar, les recomendó poner poca agua si van anexar hielos sino se desborda ya que no hay una ventana para ver el llenado. En mi experiencia no lo volvería a comprar ni recomendar, tengo 20 días para devolver si algo deja de funcionar.
