These are a little too high, and leave your foot half way out of your shoe. Will try another product.

Two steps up!
A little too high for me. I placed the HEIGHT INCREASER into my right trainer, then placed my foot inside. It felt firm with a good balance of absorption. However, walking in it was a hole nother story. I took about 10 steps across the room and could feel immediate chafing on the back of my heel; which was now hanging half way out of my trainer.It was a poor fit for me. It was just TOO high! I actually was concidering slicing it with a knife to create the balancd of hight to comfort ratio I needed, but decided that could prove dangerous; trying to hack through it like that and detrimental in that it would no longer be completely flant and balanced.Sadly, it now just sits in the corner of my room...abandoned.Looks like my tendonitis lives on!

squashes to less than half its height and falls apart
I am not overweight. I have used these maybe a dozen times - they compress to less than half their advertised height - probably around 1/4 with my full weight on them. The close cell material is brittle and is breaking up. I would not recommend these lifts to anyone.

Poor quality.
When I first used theses they seemed great, comfy, and really helped with my knee problems which are less painful with my foot slightly raised.However, after about 2 to 3 weeks they had worn down, and flattened out, and very thin.I only used them in my dog walking shoes which I used 3 times a day, half an hour each time, in total 1 hour 30 mins use a day 5 days a week.

Great for flat trainers.
I bought these as new trainers came up high at the back and I got a blister on the first wear. These will help till the leather becomes more supple. They make the trainers more comfortable as previously, my sole was flat and the heel lift improves the comfort

Resistentes y cómodos
He tenido otras plantillas pero estas son las más resistentes y cómodas de las que he comprado. No se deforman por tu peso, por tanto los centímetros que tiene son reales. No se notan y además aportan comodidad. Contento con la compra.
