They Work!
My doctor advised me to wear the medical grade compression stockings, so I bought these. I used the size guide provided by the seller and I chose the one that would best fit my chubby thighs and my skinny ankles. Instructions were provided in the package on how to put on and how to remove. The toeless feature is great. I'm wearing these stockings daily for several hours a day per my cardiologist's instructions. I can already feel the product is helpful for my needs. The stockings feel like my legs are getting a firm and pleasant hug all day long. The silicone nubs on the inside thigh cuff keep them up with very little creeping downward all day long.

Quality Product But I Couldn't Use, They Cut Off My Circulation
I am new to the world of compression stockings but have tried a few.For me the thigh band areas on these were too tight. Even though at first felt ok on, within the small amt of time I had them on just to try them on, the thigh elastic bands had made a very uncomfortable physical dent in my legs that took like a day to go back down.Everyone's body is different, so if you are very firm or more muscular in your legs like a man, these may be a good product for you. But if you are female and have softer thighs or swelling, etc., these may be too hard to wear.I wanted to use these, because they actually were the nicest ones I've tried on, and the inside of the elastic thigh bands are lined with tiny gel beads to comfortably grip your skin which hold up the stockings quite nicely. But on my body, the thigh bands were too tight. I ordered the largest size so not sure if it's a manufacturing problem or what, but if the size is larger so should be the thigh elastic part. The stocking part was comfortable. Not buttery soft like some other brands I've had, but did feel great once on. I was concerned though that as I tried them on, the seams at the heel which provides the heel cup were already looking very stretched, so not sure how long that sesm would hold up long term. The foot area fit very well and I liked the open toe feature of these for when I wear birkenstocks. All said they are a good quality stocking, just make sure you're able to handle the tightness of the thigh bands. Imo I think, although they did look super cute on me lol, they're probably more suited for a man's firmer thighs. Also the photo is accurate but imo kind of tricky to see if they are thigh highs or full leg stockings that go up to your waist. So they should change out the photo to make it more clear. Right now at 1st glance it looks like they took a photo of a full stocking and just cut the top half off.

Money Wasted
I have worn thigh high compression stocks for the past 40 years, I was disappointed in the quality. I usually buy Jobst, but bought these trying to save $30 on 1 pair as compression stocks are so expensive. There isn't enough spandex ratio, these only have 17 percent and my Jobst have 28 percent. I could definitely tell once I pulled them on, I was afraid I was going to put a hole in them as they were so thin. Once on I could tell that they weren't as strong and supportive as the Jobst and as the day progressed my legs started to ache. I could tell they weren't supporting my vericose veins. I would not recommend these personally, to me these are more of a 15-20 compression. Perhaps this review will keep someone from wasting their money!

perfect fit and compression
Ive used compression thigh highs for about 3 years now. I had to use after multiple surgeries on right leg. I've tried many brands and sizes. I'm 5' 8" and about 160lbs. A xlarge was perfect. The thigh high stays put and the compression is perfect. It's very comfortable and does not leave a big bulge between my thigh and my butt, so I can wear fitted pants without and large lump between the two. I also notice less swelling in my leg compared to other more expensive brands I've tried. Also no irritation from the band on my skin! So I will be ordering these long term!!

Great stockings that support your legs!
I own 3 pairs of these stockings in nude, size large. I originally purchased them because I was getting a laser vein ablation, and these were a required part of my recovery. Now I wear them every day to work because I am standing for 8+ hours a day. They make a big difference in the swelling of my legs. If I know I will be standing/walking a decent amount on my days off, I will wear them that day as well. If I don't wear them to work, my veins hurt. Sometimes a burning pain, sometimes a sharp pain. If you're going to wear them regularly, I'd recommend buying at least 2 pairs. They will start to stretch and slip down after a few months of use. You will notice they bunch up behind the knees, and might bind at the top where the band is, especially if you have some "fluff" at the top of your thighs. If I have to climb stairs or put away a pallet of product at work, they will slip down some and I'll have to go pull them back up again. As a person who wears them nearly every day, I have a love-hate relationship with them. They can be a pain and extend my get-ready time in the morning; but they make a difference in how I feel throughout the day. I also don't always wear pants with them. I've gotten to a point in my life where I'll wear a knee-length skirt or a pair of shorts with them, and I just don't give a f*** about what other people think. I can wear flip flops with them on because they're open toed. It looks goofy, but whatever. I'd rather not be in pain. Some days I think they're cute, and make me look like a (rather worn out) pin-up girl. Hah. Wish they came in other colors so I could make them into a fashion statement. Also: Washing them in cold water and allowing them to air-dry has helped them keep their shape and not ruin the elastic. You're welcome. In conclusion: If your veins hurt, buy them. Buy 2 or 3 once you find the correct size. You won't regret it.
