I am in the ocean daily and sometimes we start to get little stingies, not necessarily jellyfish, but little things that sting your bare skin. My first choice is a rash guard shirt, but this sunscreen is my second choice and easy to have available to share. This product works as sunscreen and it also seems to provide a little barrier to the little stingy things that are sometimes in our sea water. I have the spray version and the lotion. I have to suggest just buying the lotion version, it's easier to apply. The spray isn't really a spray, more of a stream, so you still have to apply like a lotion. Once your hands are lotioned it's really hard to use the pump.

This sunscreen offers a thick lotion. It’s user friendly and dispensing easily from the bottle. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and at least after every two hours. There is zero scent and has caused no irritation to anyone in the family’s skin. It has different active ingredients than the usual types I purchase due to the no stingz quality. We have worn this in the ocean and have not gotten stung. We didn’t see any jellyfish but this product would be protection from those you don’t notice. I like that it absorbs well into the skin and provides a barrier from the sun and jellyfish.

Yeesss. I was so happy that when I applied this sunscreen, it rubbed in just like regular lotion! I recently tried a sunscreen stick that took forever to blend into my skin, so I was a little anxious about this sunscreen. I’m glad there was nothing to worry about! The smell was nice too! It doesn’t have that sunscreen smell or that sunscreen feeling. I like that it feels moisturizing. It really is just like lotion.

This 30 SPF sunscreen is exactly what I was looking for our upcoming cruise. I wanted a sunscreen that was ocean animal and reef friendly and this has it all.Very little scent, absorbs easily and my skin actually feels softer after applying. You reapply after swimming or sweating 80 min. I feel like other brands are 60 min. So this is better.It also claims it provides jellyfish and sea lice protection. We will see. I am happy with this product!

We live in coastal Virginia and go to the beach weekly from May to October. The jellyfish can be brutal from June on. The worst is the "sea lice" which is from the stings of millions of invisible jellyfish larvae. I have used other products that claim to repel jellyfish and larvae, and only 50% live up to the claims. With this, it works best if you use it before you put on your swimsuit because you will most likely get stings from sea lice around the swimsuit lines. This works really well for sea lice and protected my entire family from those larvae stings. I did still get a mild sting on my leg from a jellyfish. Maybe this was because the protection was washing off after 45 minutes. Also, I don't know if the jellyfish was a lion's mane or a sea nettle.This worked fine on my sensitive skin. It was easy to apply and washed off well in the shower. Also, it does work really well as a sunscreen. Protected the entire family from sunburn. Really appreciate that this product is reef safe!As a side note, you can wear long sleeves and pantyhose under the swimsuit (weird, but true) to protect from jellyfish, too.Hope you found this review helpful!
