Nutrality Vegan Collagen Liquid SupplementThe Collagen is supplied in a plastic 500ml bottle which has a measuring cup included. The serving size is 25ml which is one full cap. The flavour of this is Mixed Berry which is pleasant enough to consume, although it does have a bit of a powdery back taste to it. There are a total of just 20 servings in this bottle if consuming 25ml per day, which is on par with most other similar products.Collagen is important for the body, as we become older our bodies create less Collagen, I feel this is one supplement that is beneficial. I've been taking a daily supplement of Collagen for a few years now, I am convinced that it has helped keep my skin and hair in good condition. I must admit though that most Collagen I have consumed has been taken from animals, so the long term effectiveness of this Vegan Collagen is unknown to me.I must admit that the labelling is a little confusing as the top half of the label states that 25ml is the daily dose, yet at the foot of the label it states the dose is 15ml?Not only does this provide Vegan Collagen, it also includes several important vitamins. Great that its vegan and this tastes nice, a bit like a fruit smoothie .....albeit a slightly slimey texture to it. The problem is there is only 30 days supply at 15ml a day, so IF I was to see any improvement I doubt I would notice within that time. And if I don't (which I'm presuming I won't, as I find most supplements take 2 to 3 months before seeing any effects) then at £21.99 it's a bit pricey to buy another one (unless I know I'm going to feel the benefits of it.I hope you found this helpful. This is the second product I have tried from this company, Nutrality.I have been using their liquid Bio-Cultures probiotic for some time and have found it to be excellent.I haven't been using this liquid collagen supplement for quite so long, but early impressions are also very favourable.This is ideal for anyone who has issues with (or simply doesn't like) taking more conventional capsules.The berry flavour is quite sharp, but certainly not unpleasant.The bottle contains 20x25ml doses, so at the current price of £21.99 that works out at £1.10 per day.I am not actually a vegan, but there are certain advantages to taking vegan collagen rather than that sourced from animals: Animal sourced collagen can cause digestive system issues for some people and there is a lower risk of allergic reaction with vegan collagen too.So, if you are in the market for a quality collagen supplement, you could certainly do far worse than to give this one a try.I hope you find these comments helpful.
