Best taste but I took a star off because it’s way too expensive.

Dissolves easily and not too much of a salty taste. Effective for when I get dehydrated, and taking it once a day prevents most of my dehydration.

I just used the product for the first time this morning. I can't yet speak to its effect on energy and focus, etc, but it tastes way too sweet for me. I mixed into a 35oz Yeti bottle full of water and it's still sickening sweet. I'm not sure I can use it.

I’m finishing up my second bag of Real Ketones. I’ve been doing keto since the beginning of the year, and I’ve lost 35 pounds. I need to lose another 15 pounds to hit my goal. I hit a plateau and was looking into trying ketones. I chose Real Ketones because of their reviews, and I’m very satisfied with the taste and how they work. I believe they helped get me past that plateau and I’m losing weight again. I don’t use them everyday, but always when I work out.

First time, tried the product and within 10 minutes, broke out in hives. I have now within 30 minues of drinking 1 serving, a horrible burning allergic reaction to whatever chemicals are in the product including hives in my ears. Highly suggest to understand the ingredients to see if its a good idea to try before you buy.
