Beautiful marble, well made and it has a stand! My Grandmother had a rolling pin very similar to this and she made the BEST pie crusts and biscuits. I put the rolling pin in the refrigerator along with the other ingredients for my pie crust..give it about an hour for everything to chill well. Keeping things cold and working the dough as little as possible are key to flaky tender crusts. And this rolling pin handles everything easily. I don't have any issues with dough sticking to the pin as long as its cold. It also works very well with cookie dough, and any other dough I have put to it. I love it. Nice weight, not to heavy for arthritic hands, rolls easily and smoothly. I LOVE it! Fast delivery, well packaged.

This rolling pin is beautiful with the gray marble and silver handles. It works perfectly and is just what we wanted. The stand was damaged upon arrival but customer service has so far been very helpful and understanding in trying to help us. Will update if/when we get a new stand. It was a gift for my parents and they wanted the stand too. I'm sure you could do without it or use something else if necessary because the rolling pin itself is great! Appreciate the attentive customer service so far. Hopefully they can find a way to ship more securely in the future.

I originally got this for my mother who wanted to make a massive amount of sugar cookies for the holidays. It seems to be of good quality, when we got it in it did have a slight chip in the roller itself, the base stand was fine, but the chip was not noticeable unless someone pointed it out. It was just the perfect size and weight to make some pretty darn good sugar cookies! And it was very easy to clean up the roller. My mother seemed to love it and now it has a place in her kitchen windowsill for when she is ready and rearing to go for one of her cookie making marathons! Overall, I would recommend this to others looking to add to a bakers arsenal of kitchen tools.

This marble rolling pin and stand are absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured. The packaging certainly had room for improvement, as I can see how other customers received broken items, but luckily mine did not chip or break during shipment. I would not consider the packaging esthetically giftable, though. As a word of warning, please be extra gentle when you open the package! The marble stand was free floating inside (meaning that it was moving all around). Functionally, the pin is medium weight and glides smoothly. It looks wonderful on the countertop. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase!

I bought this particular rolling pin because my friend, who’s a great baker, had a similar silicon pin she raved about. The silicon pin wasn’t available anymore but I wanted a material that wouldn’t stick to the dough.This is perfect as the rolling pin is made of smooth metal. I make a lot of quiches and the dough must be kept extra cold, so I put the rolling pin in the freezer for half an hour and it works great when I roll out the dough. Please be aware it’s quite long but it’s not too heavy, and you can also use it to roughly crush walnuts. It also looks very durable although I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I can’t speak to that part so much

Great product and the customer service is great!I was really excited about this product because my mother had a very similar one when I was a child. So it fit what I needed and had that nostalgia Factor. Unfortunately the holder came damaged due the the handling of the box. Immediately I began to dread the whole return Process and thought it would be a headache. Amazon gave me a number to call and I spoke to one of their customer service techs and she was wonderful. She shipped me a replacement for my damaged part while making the whole process seem very relaxed, not stressful at all.

Absolutely love this rolling pin! It is of course much heavier than wood or plastic rolling pins so never having used anything else, the weight of it takes a little getting used to. It works beautifully though, and is beautiful in appearance. Perhaps not a worthy investment for the casual baker, but if you do a significant amount of baking you'll want to add a high quality rolling pin to your collection of tools and this one definitely fits the bill! I've used it for pizza dough, various cookie doughs, and pie crusts so far and it works wonderfully for all of them.

La base del rodillo llegó rota al igual que la Caja original donde venía el rodillo, extremos de las manijas rayadas, lamentablemente me quedo con el producto porque no hay otro distribuidor Que maneje algo similar a esto adjunto imágenes para que vean el producto maltratado

This is brilliant, it's great for pastry. It's heavy so not much pressure needed, & it looks amazing.

Will update if this gets resolved.01/19/22 This was resolved very quickly & I am impressed with the outcome. Went from a 1 star to a 5!!
