UPDATE:It rusts very easily (we clean it daily) and the fan started making loud noises.. It’s only been a year? Bought it in 2016. I do no recommend it. Buy a product that has a known name because the inspector told me she’d never heard the name of this brand and had to look it up to see if it would pass inspection.For now I give it a 4 star since we just started using it and the buttons are confusing to be honest.. Love how it tells you the temperature on the front and it lowers it pretty fast so that's good. It's beautiful, for now we're really happy with it. Upon first inspection, this unit appears to be well made. Nice stainless, doors open easily & close with a satisfying thunk, compressor is quiet. Once I look closer, I begin to see the flaws. Screws are stripped out, panels do not align properly, these are obviously put together in a rush.Fast forward 4 months: 60° on the digital thermostat. My tech finds loose electrical connections, a likely bad CPU, under-charged compressor, and more shoddy construction.My kitchen is currently crippled, its fulcrum broken for the second time in a week, and all I can think is "Why didn't I spend a little more for a reputable brand?" Do yourself a favor, spend a little more. It will be worth it. One star isn't low enough.

After you place your order they tell you you need an $85 Lift Truck to have it delivered.Atosa could of made settings easier. Directions not clear. Google no help either.

Bought 2016, first fail 2017, then 2018, then 2019 repaired 4 times including replacing compressor. Atosa warranty service is good response. Maybe this unit is a lemon. Bougth other 2 door frig and freezer same time still good.I don't recomment this sandwich refrig.

Excellent quality,quiet compressor, nice doors...BUT ! It has a non standard temp control. The knob on this cooler is backwards of almost every other temp control on the market! Most controls have numbers, going clockwise starting at off(0) from 1 to 9. 9 being the coldest setting. These Atosa coolers don't have #'s, They start at - Off, Cold , Normal, and Cool going in a counter-clockwise direction. It is confusing if you are used to True or other industry standard commercial refrigeration. SO...On the ATOSA coolers some of my customers have had freeze-ups because they set them on Cold, or about the "9 o'clock" position...this is the coldest setting. My suggestion and testing yields the best performance at about the "4 o'clock" position, which is right about at the "L" in Normal. this yields a cabinet temp max of 37* which is perfect for the deli meats, etc, without freezing them. I sure hope this helps someone out there. After these adjustments, I have had no complaints from my customers! These are a pretty good unit for the $$, and have Embraco Compressors (Brazil) which are decent. Just be sure to keep the condenser Coils clean and free of dust/grease and they will perform well.

Worst company ever they rejected on a brand new unit the warranty. Brand new unit doesnt work and they said its not under the warranty.

We purchased two new sandwich prep units. one works. The other was defective from the start. Would not get down to temp or even close. It took one week of calls from us and our distributor to finally get someone to come out. They claim there are no leaks and nothing wrong - somehow at factory it "never got filled with Freon." Fine. 3-1/2 weeks later we have the same issue. It took only a day to actually contact a person there but two days for them to come to fix. 30 minutes prior to the time they were to show I got a call saying they were going to instead replace the until the following day - today. Guess what - I've been calling all morning and when I finally got someone no one knows anything about it!!! now they have me calling California - do yourself a favor and order from a different mfg,
