Excellent product
Calcium is usually a huge dry tablet. This is a mild chewable, so easy to take. Calcium Citrate is more absorbable too.

Good source of calcium.
Only 2 weeks and there is a big change in my nails. Much stronger and not shredding.It's a bit difficult to chew and swallow, kinda pasty, like 4 Tums at once...but the flavor is good. Just drink water and take a bite of food to get the rest down. Easy to do and well worth it.

Tasty but large
These do taste good, but kind have a bit of a sour mouth feel if eating the 3 needed throughout the day all at once. They are large chewables so they take up a lot of room in a pull organizer. As far as I know it has kept my calcium levels in check, but haven't had my blood work lately.

This item is usually ok. This time, it had an extremely sandy and gritty texture. Not sure if it was just a bad batch but...
