UPDATE: I'm still somewhat disappointed by the fact these are all connected, but I found a place for them that looks quite nice! So I'm going to amend my review. I love them, but am opting to buy another set of similar lights that are separate and have longer LED strands. Nonetheless, you'll be happy with these once you know they;re attached.No way I would’ve purchased these had I known they are all connected; you cannot separate them. The extension (to make them taller) makes the wiring even more obvious. I’ve purchased similar models with much prettier and longer-thread LED lights. unfortunately the wiring in those didn’t work after a day, so I returned and opted to purchase these as they advertise a remote control. I also purchased the protection; but these sparkler lights will be returned.

The media could not be loaded.  The first set of lights did not work. Found out it was the lights themselves, not the solar panel. Exchanged for a new set in which the lights worked on the first set's solar panel. Very bright and plenty of modes. It actually looks like fireworks! I love them.

Outdoor solar lights Only last like less than a year and then they go to crap

What a shame! It seems like everything that I buy these days only last a few months and then it's trash! Out of nowhere, the lights are dim and if you tug on the wires they brighten up again for a little while. Just a bad product among the many millions of bad products
