This is a 6 inch boning knife. It is extremely sharp. This is a one piece knife. The color is fascinating, sort of an iridescent. The knife is made of titanium. Easy to clean and should never chip or rust. There are dimples on the handle for easy gripping. Lightweight.

Obsessed with this color
I have a lot of utensils that are in this same rainbow color so I jumped on this offer when it came up. The knife itself is well balanced, very sharp, and holds it's edge nicely.
