American Legends: The Life of Josephine Baker

I enjoyed this book & would recommend it to read, easy reading & small book. She did so much for so many people. A good book to read.

Sorry But have to report.. A very flimsy book filed with tiny print.. Really disappointed.

I learned of Josephine Baker while reading another book and wanted to know more about her. CRE books are notorious for typos, but this seemed like the most thorough option available. (There were very few typos, a nice surprise.) Overall, the book was very informative and there were quite a few good pictures of Josephine and other people in her life. I wish there had been more facts about her life as a spy during WWII. She believed in and fought for equality all her life. An interesting read.
