I should start by saying I used to take these vitamins 40 years ago, so if that says anything about the company and their product, you know it's good. Fast forward to menopause days, my body was feeling the burn of a lifetime of use and I decided to start adding vitamins back in. At one count, I was up to almost 20 pills a day. For a non-pill taker, it was hard to swallow and many times got stuck, so I decided to look at liquid vitamins remembering I had taken them long ago. I read labels, read reviews and ordered up the top rated. Oh my gosh was it disgusting. The flavor was horrible, it had a sweetener by body hated, it had chunks of undissolved vitamins, but most importantly my body didn't feel any benefit from it. I then ordered pick number two, Nature's Plus Source of Life Liquid Gold and the unmatched taste immediately hit me as my old tried and true. So what's it taste like? I'd call it the best green smoothie imaginable. The main body tastes like spinach with hints of orange. The consistency is thick, not watery, and I can taste all the goodness of fruit and vegetables contained in it. It has a good balance of vitamins and minerals, and contains whole fruits. Most importantly though, when I ran out, all I could think of was how much I missed my vitamins which tells me they were being absorbed into my system. The price point for me is very reasonable at $45 a bottle ($1.50 per day). The only negative was that my bottle was lost in shipping and I had to wait an extra week but to no fault of the company. There are complaints about the bottle leaking when it is shaken. To combat this, cut a small triangle hole in the seal. If you are looking to get on the path of regaining your health, I highly recommend these vitamins as a start!

Okay, I saw this on tiktok and that's why I bought it. After seeing the reviews I felt a little discouraged but I decided to buy it anyway because of all the positive reviews. I ordered it last night and it arrived this morning. Thank you Amazon for the quick shipping and delivery. I have taken this within 30 minutes of me giving this review. I want to talk about a couple things. I saw that some people stated that the drink was staining. The only staining that I see is on my tongue and it's not really noticeable. Unless, I stick my tongue out. I brush my teeth after and the staining on my tongue basically went away. I would like to also talk about the smell. To be honest I think that a lot of those negative reviews are being dramatic. It smells like a pack of powdered vitamins. When I was a little kid we used to take these vitamins in the shape of a Flintstone that you have to chew but they weren't gummies they were chalky. It smells exactly like that. If the bottle is open you do smell the aroma and it does not get overwhelming it's literally is only if you're near the bottle. I also didn't open up the seal lid all the way I cut a triangle in it so that when pouring it it wouldn't be messy. And I think that may also help with the smell being not so super powerful. Lastly, the taste again it's not that bad .BUT it is strong and sour. The ending taste of the juice was like a sour mango. To get the sourness out my mouth I literally drank some water. I really do feel that after a while of taking it that sourness will no longer affect you. Please do refrigerate once opened. I think that will also help The Taste if it is really cold. I drank mine room temperature and it was fine. You literally can taste all the fruits and all the vitamins. You guys it's a health drink. But if you are having issues where you feel sick when taking this. You might want to eat first or you may be allergic to something in this drink. I took it without anything to eat or drink and I'm totally fine. Now, I'm just waiting to see if it's going to give me the Boost of energy that everybody claims it gave them. Again, I think these negative reviews are being dramatic. Updated: it does give you a lot of energy. And it is also best when chilled.

This is the best multi Vitamin I have ever had not only does it provide the nutrients you need it gives you a little boost and gets you through your day! It’s a little pricey but worth it!!
