If all the decanted wine is not drunk in one sitting, is a separate stopper required?

Never had that problem as it all disappears in one sitting. If in doubt, only decant as much as you might drink - you can always decant more as required and let it breathe for a while.

Can you take filter and aeriator off to pour

Yes, you can, but you can pour with the aerator/filter left in place.

Can you buy replacement filter

I’m not sure, I wouldn’t have thought so. The filter is stainless steel and comes apart to clean.

Does the aerator and filter come apart for cleaning? I hadn’t used it in a while and when I went to use it the filter seems to be clogged

I try to wash the head with the filter after each use. Take the head out and then run some hot water through from the top. Nest, unscrew the assembly by twisting the c;lear plastic 'aerator' from the rest of the assembly and you can then easily clean all the parts with hot water. When reassembling, make sure you get the two parts of the 'spout' properly aligned, nasty mess if you don't. All this is very easily done, but with care.
