Good sized bag that can fit quite a few items. I took a lighter to different parts of the bag and it is indeed fireproof against a small flame. There was some smoke coming off from the heat (so it’s not heat resistant), but the flame left no marks. Mostly fireproof because the nylon used on the trim and for the handles/shoulder strap will burn. Contents seem like they will remain safe.It uses Velcro and zippers to secure the contents. I dont think it will prevent all water from getting in, but should do the trick against fire sprinkler water. If you submerge it, it will probably fill with water.All in all, after having a small house fire where my emergency suitcase didn’t quite cut it, this bag should be far superior to that. Everybody should have one of these because you just never know when a fire may strike.

It's well constructed, there wasn't a single loose seam in mine and it seems to be sturdy; it could probably survive getting tossed around. It's also economic in terms of the amount of space inside, I could fit ALOT in here.It's only closed with a zipper and velcro, but I did a quick trial on the waterproof capabilities by shooting water at it at every angle, and there was not a single drop inside. I don't know what would happen if you left it submerged in water though.One thing that does bothers me a bit though is that when the silicone material on the outside of the bag is dry, it's very sticky; it will certainly let you know how clean/dirty it is wherever you place it.

Living in an area where hurricanes are the norm, we are always advised to keep important documents in a waterproof/fireproof receptacle. This product seems to fit the bill for our family 'Bible.' It's roomy and sturdy. I sincerely hope that it never comes in handy. When a storm approaches, though, I'll worry about other things. This product seems that sturdy.

Has 2 side carrying handles and a optional carrying shoulder strap. Bigger than some of the other options. I like that it opens with the top opening fully. 2 zippers that can fit a small lock and be covered with the Velcro flap. Not testing adhered lock or testing for fireproof or waterproof capabilities. Will easily fit my monthly bills, stamps, envelopes, etc and stay nicely organized. Nice pockets that fit folders. Nice space in bottom.. It's like a portable desk drawer.

This product protects your valuables and you know they are safe because everything is zipped and covered by extremely secure velcro as well as your own code on the lock. I can’t speak to the fireproof quality but based on everything else, I feel confident that it’s very good. There is a lot of storage space and it’s easy to separate items into different groups such as important papers or my mom’s art drawings that can’t be replaced. I’m planning on getting another one soon.

It doesn’t seem airtight. There are spaces where water or bugs could get in.

The combination lock is set with a numerical code. But What does really the combination lock do and what’s being locked? The comb lock must be for a show? It locks nothing and it doesn’t make any f’ing sense! Bought a small padlock to lock the zipper!
