This product works well for me. Great pumps. It doesn't contain any stims so I usually add a little caffeine before workout. I just bought my second tub.

Ordered MF rasberry and that is what the container said but that is not what was inside the container, it was pink and tasted like watermelon. No pump, very disappointed.

Waste of money ..... flavor was ok. But even with garbage preworkouts you can tell you drank something... not with this. I think it was just flavored flour or something...... ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! Should be ZERO STARS...
