This is more of a testimonial than an actual review. Towards tail end of the November, I started noticing a slight back pain probably due to a pinched nerve or result of poor form in the gym. The pain slowly started increasing impacting any lifts that involves back like Dead lift and Squats. I decided it then that I will start using one of these belts . After a quick search got this one as I wanted an elastic one rather the usual belt type. Been using it every day in gym then and am seriously impressed with the belt. Though it says wear it most of the day , am being using it only when am lifting in gym for couple of hours and has really eased through my pain in the last 6 weeks. I waited almost 2 months writing the review as I wanted to be 100% sure as it might help others who wanna buy this.Top notch at this price and I whole heartedly recommend this .

In terms of helping with SI joint pain, it does actually help. My problem is that this is clearly not designed for anyone with a butt or some belly fat because if I'm sitting at my desk or work bench, the belt folds up on itself and therefore stops offering quite the same level of support.I'm gonna keep wearing it until I get to see my physio, as it's still better than no support, but figured I should warn my fellow thiccums before they decide.

I absolutely love this belt I have sciatica curvuture of the spine osteoarthritis in my hips WOW WOW WOW I am extremely impressed with it I have had it on for half a day and OMG it worked straight away I was a bit hesitant at first I am so glad I purchased one I will know if it fully works when I go to bed I am disabled I was peeling potatoes I usually have to stoop when preparing dinner but I didn't have to I stood up right I am extremely happy with this belt thank you for making such an amazing product for people with back problems and people who suffer from chronic pain just like me I couldn't be happier

Only wore this day one and pain had gone I have 3 disc pulges and sacrolitis symptoms used so many drugs and pain relief this have over come them all.

This is narrower than my previous belt which was also boned. Which makes it a little more comfortable to wear although if you have belly or hip fat it will redistribute that in a less than flattering way! It is quite easy to put on once you get used to not tangling the Velcro straps, when new they have a savage ‘stick’ which is difficult to pull apart. Make sure the smaller bands are lightly fastened first and not dangling down.The extra straps make it possible to adjust exactly as you require, and give added security. It is also possible to move the area you are sticking to which is useful, as the Velcro does lose its efficiency over time, as do all these belts.It gave me instant relief and the ability to stand and walk, which I could not previously. The pain stops as soon as I put it on. I extended the periods of being without it gradually, always immediately using it if I got a jolt of pain, and I am a great deal better after 6 months, having previously been very disabled for over a year. I am slowly rebuilding core muscles, although my SI joints will always be unstable I am able to do a lot more with no pain. I do not take pain meds.Highly recommend one of these belts if you have SI joint issues, it has been the only thing that helped me at all.
