This runs small so make sure you size up. I ordered a 4XL I'm 5'4, 175lbs, and a 36DD. I could have gone with a 3XL. It is super cute and decent quality.

The quality is evident, the material is great. The only problem I had with this is that we have never ordered a corset before, so when my girlfriend ordered it, she went by the sizes indicated in the dropdown.According to the tape measure, her waist was 37", so we ordered her the 4XL which states that it is for 35"-37" waists.When the item arrived, we came to understand what this measurement means. It means that 37" is the SMALLEST that the corset will close to. To state it another way, this means that with the ribbon in the back pulled so that both sides of the fabric are touching, 37" is the smallest that the corset will get.This meant that the corset ended up fitting her like a Tshirt - which, obviously, is not how a corset should fit. It's supposed to be tight and cinch your waist down to give you a shape.Having learned, we've returned the item and we're ordering the XL. The way we see it, the ribbon in the back gives you a lot of leeway to loosen so it can fit appropriately.

This is super cute and well made! It looks just like the photo and it stays on. However, it was super small. Not true to size. I had to loosen the corset almost completely just so I could get it around my body (and I am a tiny girl, 120lbs and 5'6). I believe I ordered a medium, even though I usually wear a small top. The back part where it laces up has a strip of black fabric that sits on your back under the lace. I had to loosen it so much that the laced up part was wider than the strip of fabric underneath, meaning that your skin or shirt will show through the back if you have to loosen it too much. Despite being super tight (even after loosening it as much as possible) it stayed in place. I was worried that the snaps in front might pop open, since they are just little metal buttons. They were surprisingly sturdy. I got tons of compliments!

I purchased this corset for a Halloween costume. It fit perfectly. I am a size 38D, so I was a little worried about it being too tight under my breasts. However, this was not an issue. As most other reviewers suggest, get it at least 2 sizes bigger than what you expect. The only downside to this is the thong that comes with it, of course, did not fit. I was not too disappointed as the thong was of a cheap material.It was a little difficult to get into the corset. I would suggest starting at the bottom, then top, then middle. I wore it for several hours and danced very hard in it and it did not come undone.I would suggest this corset to others.

This is a very lovely corset but I will be donating it as it is WAY too small. I looked at the size chart, read the reviews, ordered a XXL being just under the small measurement range, so I figured with the lacing in back there would surely be room. Not by a long shot. It is also too short, not like in the picture. I thought it would curve past my waist to the high hip area but it just come right too my waist and I am not all that tall (5'6"). I wear a size 10, and this should have fit but based on the way this one fit me I think it would take something 4 inches more, which would be a 4X which, judging by the size chart, would swallow me. I read reviews that said size up and others that said size down, someone with my same measurements got a 2X and loved it so my guess is the quality control for sizing is not that great.

I ordered the largest because I am a big girl but hopeful for a cute costume. Im 5'9/250, sz 20 usually. Even expanding the ribbon all the way its still tight. Go by the description. Not by Amazons size chart. I have to buy new ribbon anyway because it came frayed so I'm just going to get it longer and make it fit.The purple stripes are smaller than advertised. The boning is thin in the body but very stiff at the hooks. Well made overall for the price

After reading all the reviews saying how small the corset was, I ordered a size bigger than I probably should have. I'm 5'4 and 106lbs, (waist 25 and bust 32), and the medium fits if the laces are done up as tight as possible but I can't really cinch it tighter to get that exaggerated hourglass shape because it's as tight as it goes. (I was convinced by the review that said the medium was much too small for a 'tiny girl' but I'm not sure that description was accurate, the medium really does seem like a medium to me) I will end up just taking the sides in a little so I can get that cinch. But as far as I can see it's true to size! The purple is a little more 'purple' than in the photo (the photo looked a bit more magenta to me) which I actually think is a nicer colour. The halter part is just a cheap feeling ribbon, I wish it was a different fabric but it's still cute.

Considering I ordered another corset from this seller at the same time with the same measurements the fact this is about 3 sizes too small is quite sad indeed.
