I like the product I’ve only used it once since I ordered it and my head feels good. The only thing is the Conditioner Pump would NOT OPEN !! Lol I had to open it and hold the stem jerk the handle a little and when I closed it and tried to make it pop how it’s supposed to it worked.

So I purchased this because I've just really needed some products to help me treat my dry scalp. I washed my hair four days ago and so far no flakes. At all. I would like to find the moisturizer with collection so I can treat my scalp in between wash days.I'm not anti heat natural hair person. I straighten my hair every two weeks. I know that scares some people but my hair has been straightened since I was a child. It's used to it lbvs.1. I never liked shea moisture products because my OCD wouldn't allow me get over their shampoos not being able to lather. I know the whole sulfate spiel but in my head my hair doesn't feel clean. NOT THE CASE WITH THIS SPECIFIC LINE. It lathers OMG, I love it!2. Because of the ingredients in this line I expected some "tingling" I know a lot of people don't like that feeling but I love it. So FYI this does have a VERY SMALL TINGLING EFFECT. I mostly felt the tingling when using the conditioner and leave in conditioner.3. For my beauties who have thin hair. OMG THE LEAVE IN CONDITIONER DOES NOT MAKE YOUR HAIR STRINGY. That's probably what I loved MOST about this line. Normally if I try to use heat protectants or any type of oil prior to straitening my hair the style is ruined before it's even started. I took my time greased my scalp and oiled every section of hair with the leave in and OMG no stringiness whatsoever.4. For my keen sense of smell folks, if you stick your nose in the leave in conditioner it does smell like playdoh. After I completed my silk press the smell is actually pretty good. Now that's just my nose. I read so many reviews on the smell of the leave in conditioner and honestly unless you're just used to fruity products on your hair or have a sensitive nose the smell is not that deep.All together I mostly loved the two conditioners the most. The shampoo did lather very well but it made my hair feel not as soft as it normally would. Giving me the assumption that all of these products need to be used at the same time or the conditioners should be used without the shampoo.

I love this stuff!PROS:Really moisturizing, with deep hydration, but it isn't heavy and doesn't weigh my hair down.Good, earthy, non-perfumey scent.Feels luxurious and silky to use.Reduces tangles but is lightweight.This stuff seriously improved the condition of my hair.It goes a long, long way. I'm still using it after 4 months, and that's saying something because up until a week ago I had hair down to my hips. It really kept my long hair in good, manageable condition.CONS:The products are so thick and luxurious, if you have very long hair and use a lot of it at a time, it can clog your drain over time. Just be aware of it.This isn't really a con, just a note... it has a dark brown color. Doesn't stain anything at all, but if you're white- or blonde- headed it might possibly tone your color? Unknown, as my hair is dark.SUMMARY: I really recommend this. I love the feel, how healthy it makes my hair, and that it keeps the shine while still being deeply moisturizing. No buildup, no heavy weighted hydration. I hope this was helpful!

I was so afraid to receive this product broken and spilled all over its packaging because of the reviews but thankfully I didn’t! I received everything in perfect condition! Smells really good too! I will try it out and update my review!*UPDATE*SheaMoisture Jamaican Black caster oil SHAMPOO:It’s very rich and lathers up just with a small amount(You don’t need a lot, a little goes a long way). I like that It didn’t totally STRIP my hair or made it feel dry. After applying then rinsing, it made my hair look and feel soft and fluffy.SheaMoisture Jamaican Black caster oil CONDITIONER:It was good. I think it could’ve been a little richer but it still gave me a lot of SLICK which helps me detangle with my wide tooth comb. After apply and rinsing, my hair felt moisturized and conditioned.SheaMoisture Jamaican Black caster oil LEAVE-IN-CONDITIONER:I like that the product its super lightweight(Kind of watery texture) and doesn’t show buildup if applying a lot. My hair is drying at the moment and I do feel a hard cast on my hair but not bad!Overall, I would recommend! And if your hair texture is different from mine, give it a try anyway😊

I love this hair product thus far. This hair product gave my hair instant volume, shine and smoothness and definitley helped bring my natural curls back to life... which I haven't seen my hair look this curly and glowing since I was a little girl. I absolutley love Shea Moisture!!! Will definitley be buying more.Thank you 😊

I purchased this since it had tons of good reviews. I just used it a few times but I already dislike the product.I mean I appreciate that it is organic, cruelty free etcThe shampoo: is the best of the 3,it lathers well and cleans well, will it strengthen my hair and promote growth? Probably not.The conditioner : leaves hair dry and hard to comb, the tangles won't resolve... So it's pointless.The leave in conditioning mask: you need to use it so you can comb your hair since the conditioner does nothing, so yeah you can comb your hair perfectly, but it is super heavy on the hair and the hair looks wet or unwashed after using it,it sticks together even if you keep recombing... And hair feels wierd.
