Champion 3 flush valve needs softer, more pliable, not semi rigid plastic tubing to work. Will this tubing work?

I used my refill tube on a Fluidmaster 400 flush valve, not a Champion 3.

Tube strength? My current config requires the need of a tube that will loop without creating a bend or sharp angle. Is this tube sturdy enough?

Yes. It is super flexible, you would have to work to create sharp turn in it.

Will this fit for any and can you cut to fit? I really just need the clip

I was able to trim the one I got. If you only need the clip, only use the clip. Keep in mind the age and possible lack of flexibility in the old tubing.
