Hi and thank you for the question! Wall hangers are mounted on the back of the dispenser and anchors and screws are included.

Q: Hey, mine won’t dispense from the bottom properly. Using with the suggested towels. Any tips or should I return it????

Don’t overfill. I use Scott trifold with no problems.

Q: Paper doesn’t come out smoothly. i want to see the paper stack, so can’t use the kleenex boxed ones. please provide info or i’ll need to return both?
