Not suitable for a 20kg punch bag
I mounted this bracket to the wall and the first time I used it with a 20 kg punch bag the bracket bent and came away from the wall. I would not recommend this item.

Good bracket
I liked this bracket but the screws that come with it did not fit.purchased new ones but still did not stay fixed to the walls outside.but the bracket itself is excellent

Los tornillos no son de la mejor calidad no han aguantado y han cedido a la pared tuve que comprar otros y adicional arreglar los agujeros de la pared
