I really like the flavor and convenience of this rice.I’ve tried other brands of microwaveable brown rice but this one really taste the best like as if I cooked it on stovetop for 40 minutes.

I used to have this delivered pretty regularly and then it went away on Subscribe & Save. I was really happy last month to find it again.I admit that I am too lazy to make rice on my own (I even own an Instant Pot, so I am SUPER lazy). I like the convenience of having good rice in less than 2 minutes. This rice is tasty, has a really yummy scent, and has a nice, firm texture. I also like that the ingredients list is short - water, rice, sunflower oil. Simple.

I use these for camping. They are easy to make reddy. I boil them in Water for 10 minutes + or - a few minutes. No pots to wash.

Excellent product as aside dish!

I'm on an acid-reflux diet, and have been directed by my doctor to eat more whole grains. Which I hate. But this is a very easy way to eat brown rice: I warm it in a Breville Smart Oven (not a microwave); I squeeze half the pouch into a disposable 9" aluminum pan; squeeze in half a pouch of some Tasty Bites entrée (highly recommended!); cover loosely with aluminum foil and cook at 300 degrees for 10 minutes; eat; give the pan to the doggy to clean; the pan is then ready for the recycling bin.

I like that this doesn't have as much water in it. Like it's competitor Uncle Ben's Brown Ready Rice is too wet and doesn't have the same consistency as the Tasty Bite brand!

I kept these around in case in run out of cooked rice in a hurry, but they're definitely subpar. Fine as a backup, but for the price and the aftertaste, just cook rice.
