This is my favorite mat for yoga. I had a black liforme I got for Christmas last year took it on vacation this summer and left it. I tried going back to my old gaim mat but after having a liforme it just wasn’t good enough anymore. It’s like flying coach after you’ve experienced first class. For me I love that the liforme is a little bigger giving me more room for my practice. The weight and thickness are also key so that it doesn’t move around doing buti yoga and supports my joints. I also practice hit yoga and I never slip. For me the liforme is the best mat all around. I had to order a new one since I practice six days a week and my gaim just wasn’t meeting my standards anymore. It seems that everyone has black mats now so I love the red color of the dog mat. I’m a dog mom and my birth year is also the year of the dog so I had to have this mat. I absolutely love it!

Game changer to your yoga practice. I had an excellent mat before, but always had to use a yoga towel because my hands always end up slipping halfway through practice. This Liforme mat gives me perfect stability and no slipping no matter how sweaty I get. The red color is so fun and energizing, and a nice change to all the other liforme mats I see at class. Plus who doesn’t love having a dog symbol on their mat! Oh and the carrying bag is a nice bonus too. The only thing I will say is it’s a lot less cushy and it’s more firm when lying on the mat in comparison to other mats... but you adjust pretty quickly.

I finally purchased it for Christmas and couldn't be happier. excellent grip, long enough got me at 5'10" my yoga instructor uses the liforme mat in orange. I love the red and the year of the dog representative of Chinese New Year. worth the price

Best yoga mat ever!!I have tried everything from lululemon, Mandela, Guam, PrAna...etcNone compare to this mat for ease, comfort, sweat, non slipping, looks etc. everything you’re looking for in a yoga mat is in this mat. I will never use another mat again.

I love my new mat. It is non-slippery and it really grips me well. It allows me to have a better control of my body!

Great Colour & Design!2 The markings are surprisingly helpful & as they are etched on you can feel as well as see them.3 it’s very grippy so super non slip & great for holding poses.4 It’s a great size.5 The travel/storage bag provided is great quality.6 Arrived swiftly with up to date emails/messages about delivery details.Negatives1 It’s really quite thin so the cushioning is minimal When on a hard floor. I’ve got a knee pad & I’d recommend purchasing one of these at the very least. You can buy a very good one from Amazon for about £7.00 but it’s a different brand to the mat. I’m going to try chopping up an old mat to make approximately a one metre mat to sit under the middle section so that I have cushioning for my back & knees etc when not in standing poses.2 It’s quite a bit heavier than other yoga mats.If it was more padded I would give it 5 Stars.

I revived this mat a few days ago, and just practiced on it for the first time. I practice mysore style ashtanga, and it gets quite sweaty. But this mat was brilliant. The sweatier I got, the grippier it got. It is also thinner than my usual black ashtanga mat, so I was concerned as to how that would be. But, no problem, it has a nice amount of cushion, so you can feel stable on the floor, but have comfort from the mat’s cushion! Perfectly balanced. I am a long term yoga practitioner but absolutely love the marked guidelines on the mat. I did not find them a distraction. More of a gentle reminder. Every type of posture felt good by using this mat. From standing, to seated, to backbends, headstands. Literally everything felt safe, stable and secure. And no need for a yoga towel to lay down on my mat when I get too sweaty. What freedom. And I love how it looks. The red mat and the cute piggy make me so happy to get on my mat! The only thing I will say is, I wish I’d bought one years ago.Great mat!!

I'm still a beginner to yoga and (I've been doing it on and off for ~1 year) and thought i'd invest in a better mat to help my January motivation.After doing a LOT of research, I decided to take the plunge and go for the Liforme. While the price definitely makes this mat a considered purchase, I'm so glad I got it! The grip is fantastic both at the start of my practice and after i've started to work up a fair old sweat and the alignment guides are perfect for a beginner like me. I can't comment yet on how hard wearing the mat is or how easy to clean, but it certainly feels like it's pretty heavy duty!Would thoroughly recommend!

Have used this Matt a couple of times in a few gentler classes as yet and I’m loving it ...hoping it continues to feel as good when I do a faster class...it does just as it says it does in the information leaflet so overall happy 🧘‍♀️

This yoga mat has been a revelation! As a sweaty palmed individual, yoga was a dangerous and scary endeavour! But no longer! My days of slipping and sliding are a thing of the past. Lifefoam...more like lifesaver! 💦
