I have hip and low back pain from an old injury. I did have the thicker mats form comfort but I was tripping on them as I don't move very well.. This new mat is amazing as far as comfort and I have not tripped at all. It has a strong rubber backing that keeps it in place and a soft but very durable mat surface. This was in my opinion an amazing find. I am purchasing a few more sets as gifts to my parents and a few more elderly ladies in my family.

I really love these rugs aside from them being thin and not cushioned. They are easy to clean I throw them in the washer and hang over banister to dry which works perfectly. I do wish they were more of a fatigue type mat but I'd definitely buy again.
