Does this product come with a pen and wires to hook to the pads?

It comes with pads, gel, and the machine. I love mine. It has gotten rid of hair that I didn’t want, especially my upper lip. The pads come in several shapes. My didn’t have a pen.

Does this product come with a electrolysis pen?

No these are just the replacement pads for the pen.

It is. However there are so many hairs coming from same follicle it seems as if you are pulling same hair over & over. Also if an area has been plucked often then it may require treating same hair more than once. Not a quick process but easy & painless

Do these large pads work with the eSmooth pen?

I've used them with great success on my legs! Going to try the underarms next.
