Looks like made up of waste pieces from a roadside tailor shop..fabric is cheap..elastic is cheap..never got this kind of waste product from Amazon..My daughter is very much disappointed..I would have given 0 rating if its there.

Colourful and attractive hair loop scarves.
I was glad to see 12 such scarves in the packet and was impressed by the ease of wearing them. Only if the colours were a little brighter with no duplicates I would be happier.
