Dont understand sorry. The laptop will think someone is using it, even if u are away from it for an hour, and not close your session.

I plugged it in and pressed the mouse jigger button and it lit up but my computer still went To sleep. How do I set it to mouse jiggled please?

Not sure what button..this simply plugs into USB slot and works. According to list it is Compatible with WinXP/ 7/8/10, Mac OS, and Linux. I havent had to do anything..i dont have a mouse on my laptop so dont have a choice.

Hi, try something else in that USB port like your mouse just to make sure the port is working. If it is when you plug the jiggler in it should setup automatically, check device manager that there are no unknown devices, this should install as a HID input device or something similar. When it's working the mouse should move tiny amounts on the screen, hardly noticable but if you look carefully you'll see it. If it does not you may have a faulty one.

Might this work on android with usb a to usb c adapter, my cheap wireless mouse does

I’m no expert but if a mouse works in that manner then I believe this product will as well.
