Damaged bottle
The media could not be loaded. Damaged bottle, this is my 2nd time that i received leaked bottle. This is my 2nd bottle received in damaged and leaked condition. Colour quality is remarkable no doubt but it is costly and product is non refundable, so after one use it is very hard to keep and preserve the color for future use, already one color previously ordered wasted a lot, kindly it should be taken as matter of consern and deliver me one more intact bottle as compensation.

Need to know the reason
The color was good however, The dam container started breaking and leaking from the bottle. I do not know the reason. Most of the content was wasted due to this. It is over priced for a 20 ml unit.

Dull colouring
I absolutely loved the colours that Connect had to offer when I looked online and I decided to try making an off beat cake by using black frosting so I thought of a galactic effect with some mauve and red thrown in. However, despite using a substantial amount of colouring, I achieved a grey frosting and I just couldn't get a black despite the very little cream for my black patches so the colours didn't really pop like I was hoping. Wilton requires just a needle prick amount or colouring to give the deepest hues and in this case I used atleast about 10 drops for 1.5 tbsp of cream and couldn't get the desired results. I'm hoping I can get a response to this from the seller or a professional baker.I am looking forward to my burnt rose and olive green colours for a cake I have in mind and I am hoping I get better results with that.

Splendid red velvet colour ❤️
The food colour was amazing, it turned out beautiful after baking , I added cocoa powder so the cake has a tint of brown to it but besides that the colour was amazing, I got a free gift too , a bottle of beautiful fuchsia food colour, and I absolutely loved that too, really happy with the product! Would 100% recommend it for all your red velvet related products.

need to add so much color to make it look red but gives peachy pinky shade…
Its good but no matter how many drops you add to the cream it gives pink color and not red
