Great product, but not worth the hassle…
Setting this up was a lot of effort, I’ve tried every device I own and nothing fit the cable, that’s only if you have a really old laptop that fits the old ports, unless you own a computer in which I don’t. It wouldn’t plug into my phone, or tablet. I then realized I needed to purchase the separate HDMI charger that’s the only thing that would fit the cable and use on your phone! But guess? The HDMI charger cable only comes in one charging adaptor, so you can’t switch around devices, only use an IPhone, or buy one for Android, you can’t switch around with both. It’s a time hassle to set up, and so much extra work to get the right device that fits into it.Is the experience worth it? Well i tried the quality on the highest setting, it was blurry and hard to even read any writing.I’m not sure if I did something wrong, but I read the manual, and watched plenty of videos. I’m sure it was nothing I did.Is it worth the money? Well considering you also will need to purchase the separate HDMI charger is useless… why can’t they provide everything you need? Instead of making you waste 1 hour trying to set it up.I don’t see a point, unless you want to give it a try, then you can.

Dim light, not worth it
I found the light from this projector to be incredibly dim, and I barely was able to use it to project things to trace.

A+++ Little Projector!
I had seen the ones on Tiktok and wanted one of the mini projectors. I lucked into this one used. It works like a DREAM!Here are some tips and tricks I have learned that I want to share with you.1. It will not stream Netflix and Hulu from your cell phone.2. There is a work around- use a Chromecast or Firestick. Works wonders.It does play videos from your cell phone when hooked up with an HDMI cable. When doing this though the sound doesn't play from the projector- it plays from your phone.The picture quality to me is amazing. Some smaller words are blurry but that happens. Tonight I was able to snuggle up with my husband in bed and watch Sword Art Online on our ceiling and it was amazing. Seriously though, the chromecast, roku, firestick is the way to go with this projector.

Fantastic toy projector, but you need a very dark room
The media could not be loaded. I got this projector for my five year old, since I find it "healthier" than watching on the tablet or the TV. He is very happy with it, since they have been using a similar one at school. At first I was a little worried, since the image was almost invisible (I was in a medium-lit room). When I put the projector very close to the wall, I managed to get a visible image, but blur (I could not adjust the lens). Basically, the projector light is not so powerful due to its small size, so you need a quite dark room to get a good image. Once I did that, I could get a visible picture even from several feet away. The quality is not great, but acceptable for kids.Once I got it to work, everything went smooth. I have been using my laptop with the HDMI input (note that the HDMI cable is not included), and the videos play really smooth. I have taken a video from YouTube during mid-afternoon, when there is still some light from outside, and it is very enjoyable to watch. I like that the projector turns on and off within seconds, and that the menus are very responsive. It also has a built-in speaker with decent volume. I plan to connect it to my old Raspberry Pie, and have a "media station" in our kids room.Overall, I find this a fantastic toy projector, and my son is delighted with it!

Just buy the expensive projector
You pay for what you get, a low quality, dim projector. The resolution is not clear enough for writing of any kind and you need to plug in separate speakers to hear a movie. Not the absolute worst, but definitely not something I would purchase again.

Small but Mighty!
I'm not a huge tech nerd but got this for camping and then my TV died out the blue so decided to test it out. I like it the one hooks up wireless with phone. and depending on the streaming app you can cast it and still use your phone uninterrupted. I wish it had legs to adjust (i.e. raise and lower) but for camping ehh just throw it on a box Also a carrying case would be nice since it is small and I'm assuming the desire is for it to be portable. but either way I'm pleased so far... hopefully it last for sometime

Very Poor Quality
The reason this item did not get a one star is because it actually did turn on and work. That being said, the image quality and resolution was so poor that it had very little utility for any practical purpose. I actually purchased this to project images onto a sheet of wood for wood burning. Only the largest of the lines were clearly visible. Everything else was so poorly defined as to be pretty much useless. I hate to return items if they actually work so I tried to figure out some other use for it like giving it to the grandkids to project their video games on the wall but even for this the resolution was so poor it could not be used. Ultimately I did have to return it. If you're thinking of purchasing this as a novelty for a small child perhaps to watch a cartoon on the wall, it may be useful however the room does have to be quite dark since it is not bright at all. The illustrations on the website which show an entire family watching a clear picture blown up across the room are completely misleading; you will not get that type of image. If you are thinking of using it as a laptop projector, any printing will be quite hard to read. My advice? Save your money.
