I'm 5'9" and usually wear large. I'm at 205 now and this fits like a dress. Everything else I own fits fine. Buy one size down.

Q: I'm 6'4 and a lot of times polos are too short length and sleeve wise, which I hate. Are these a little bigger?

I know this sounds strange but I'm six foot four but my inseam is only a Thirty-two. What that should tell you is my torso is very large. So two or more people can stand side by side and be the same height but need completely different sizes of shirts and pants. I agree with the guy who said they need to start selling tall sizes (xlt) but Americans are not small around the waist and if you are heavy set you also need length as well as width in your shirts. I'm tied of buying an XXL and finding it wide but not long enough and looking like baby Huey.

I took Teal stripe, light grey and Dark teal. The last one is quite bright. Hope this will help.
