Had a few slight issues that I believe occurred during shipping but I left a message over a Holiday Weekend and had a call back quickly the next business day. JSM Computers were very quick to respond and help out with the shipping issue and we both came to a solution together by them offering different options to get things the way they needed to be. The box was packaged as the way it should have been however I don't think the shipping companies paid attention to the Fragile clearly marked on the box. The computer is working great, and I'm very pleased and I am normally the last person to ever consider buying electronics refurbished but I would for sure buy from JSM Computers again in an heartbeat! Using this computer in a woodworking shop. Perfect for what I need. Added a video card for multiple monitor capability and after driver updates worked perfectly. Attention: if cosmetic appearance is important to you these machines are not probably your cup of tea. Mine had a gash across the cover and the edges of the case were bent and wavy. But so far it works well and you can't beat the price.

I bought this because it's has a small footprint that easily fits in my desk. I'm dual-booting Ubuntu Linux and Windows 10. The main uses are email, programming, and some 3D solid modeling using Solidworks. Performance is pretty good, although it's not the state-of-the-art, the technology is about five years old. That being said, I have no issues with performance. It also has something like eight USB ports, more than any PC I've ever owned before. Supposedly the graphics card is somewhat mediocre, so this might not be the best choice for a serious gaming machine. That really doesn't affect me.I've had good experiences with Dell hardware, both laptops and desktops. That's what my company uses exclusively now. It's a great value, considering the price I paid.

Computer arrived on time but did not work. Took three days to get a call from customer support. It came with a bad hard drive. They sent me a new hard drive which I had to figure out how to install myself. Now it crashes like clockwork every couple off days. Lost lots of important work as a result of these crashes. Haven’t bothered contacting customer support because of their limited hours. They are not open when I’m off of work. Just going to buy another computer instead of wasting my time.

If you plan on doing anything with this other than sending emails, then go with a better setup. I got this for my daughter and after setting it up and trying to play a video the video was so choppy it looked like a photo slide show. It isn't upgradable in regard to the video card so I ended up sending it back for a refund.

I am a senior citizen with some knowledge of computers. I was able to leave my large Dell tower under the desk. It's old and wanted to be prepared for the failure. I easily set up my refurbished mini on my desk along with the additional monitor. Having one on the desk not under makes it so easy to adjust, add , remove cables for someone my age. It booted right up and found my internet with out a hitch. The wireless mouse and keyboard that came with the tower joined in easily also. I was up and running in no time. The little extra booster fell apart upon opening the package. I wrote to the seller and a few days later 2 arrived in the mail! So far so good, I am pleased with the package and the price.It went so smoothly I didn't need technical support.

I ordered this product with hopes that I would get a great product for the price. When I received the package, instead of the dell computer, I received what appeared to be inexpensive HP computer as well as a wired mouse and keyboard (it was supposed to be a wireless mouse and keyboard. I contacted the seller who then sent me a new package. I of course sent back the wrong computer and accessories. So within a reasonable amount of time, I did receive the right computer but again with wired accessories rather than the wireless ones. They have promised to send me the right ones. I will say that the seller was responsive to my needs. On the positive note, I have to say I am happy with the computer. It works well and was a definite upgrade to my last one.
