I love these! I have a cookie business and I love the texture these mats give to the bottom of my cookies. It adds an extra touch. Works great and easy to clean.

I use these mats to bake my sugar cookies on. They work perfectly. They clean up easily and my cookies don't spread at all when I use them. I like the design that gets baked into the cookie as well. The only downside, is that they don't fit a standard 1/2 size baking pan very well. They are a bit too wide, and a bit too short in length. But if you don't mind the fit not being perfect, these work much better than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend them for any baking that you may be doing.

I’m a cookie decorator and have gone through parchment and silpat mats to finally find these!! They help so my sugar cookies never spread and leave a cute pattern on the bottom of my cookies! Bake perfectly every single time!! Be sure to wash when you first get them and leave out to air out for a few days before first use!
