Q&A

What is a good starting gap size? it's good to start with 50-75 microns and adjust until desired throughput is reached.
What is the life of the rollers and is there an option to replace them if they become damaged over time? As long as you take care of the rollers, they can last a long time. Ceramic rollers are harder than stainless steel rollers and will need a bit more attention to avoid them touching when operating. If two rollers touch each other accidentally, they might break unlike stainless steel rollers which can be resurfaced. Rollers can be replaced if broken or damaged.
