Q: why do you list as prime when your shipping time is so long?????

It depends on where the shipment is coming from. If it’s coming from over seas, it may take a few weeks to get it. And prime maybe the price you’re paying.

On the Amazon site select the Menu then Customer Service. From there you should be able to locate the Return & Refunds choice will give you step-by-step instructions.

Q: Can i get a replacement for the little fish included with “ fredric the little fisherman”? mine was broken when some animal tried to steal it.

I believe you will need to direct this question to Design Toscano as I have no idea as to where to get this replacement. Sorry.
