besoin d'un remboursement
Ce n'est pas que je n : 'ai pas aimé mais je n'ai jamais reçu la machine :Ontel Arctic Ultra Evaporative Climatiseur portable, alors les filtres ne me serve a rien,Je veux retourner les filtres mais j'aurais besoin d'avoir accès a une étiquette pour le retourné. évidemment j'ai passé la date limite pour le remboursement ce n'est pas de ma faute, javais commander les 2 articles en même temps.Merci

Frustrated
Bought this as replacement for my Artic Air which I loved. But my old Artic Air stopped working so bought a new one. It never worked at all. So now I have 2 Artic Airs that don’t work with an extra filter! I’m not happy about it.

A bit pricey but hopefully it lasts longer than the original filter
It seems to do the job for the time being (just replaced it a few days ago)...having used the one bought with the cooler for like 4 months. I wish that the price for the replacement filters are more reasonable and not as expensive.
