Product not working
The media could not be loaded. I bought it on 13 August 2023 and now it is not working on 22.09.2023. It showing charging indicator but not working. It is with one year warranty but I don’t know, how to report my complaint. Please suggest as it is a very useful product for my own use and it requires support from manufacture under warranty. Please help

Product Quality.
I've purchased this product and observated some faults like.1. Onn & OFF Lasering done wrong side.2. Battery get Discharged soon.3. Dent Mark on Mic.4. Mic Quality is poor.5. While charging you cannot use mic or else it make noise.I don't know how Gizmore compan's QC team had passed this lot. As Lasering seems not proper done wrong way. Mic Quality or Battery usage is poor.Yes it is 06/2023 passed QC lot with IS 616: 2017 & IEC 6065:2014 Certified company.Need to look in this some issue. And need to Solve ASAP.Writing this because thought once product can bedefective but can't be same everytime.Amazon support & Gizmore customer team please solve this....

Price and quality
The price is high Compared to quality and not provide remote with this unit so the control penal is back side so its,very difficult to operate mic and on off the unit.Sound is enough for small room 10x10ft. not more then.
