What is the distance it could be tracked?

I was able to track my bag in my coworkers vehicle in another city, and find my own vehicle location in a parking garage. The tag uses cell signals from other Samsung devices that are nearby to get you an accurate location sent to your phone.

Why is the price $22? is this a new product & is it a genuine samsung smart tag?

I'm not sure why the price is $22 but it's worth it for me! It's a genuine Samsung tag and it has literally saved me so many times I lose my keys so often with my ADHD and it's my only set of keys! Those cost $400 to replace so the $22 for this tag is sooo worth it and also ignore the person saying it doesn't come with a battery it does come with batteries already installed and I've had mine for over 6 months battery hasn't died yet.

Can i track my kids when school bus pickup?

IF your kids have the SmartTag and IF they or someone nearby has a Samsung product (cell or laptop) THEN it will indicate their location.

Will this work with the galaxy note 10?

You will first need to download and install the Samsung App "SmarThings" from the Google Play Store. Then "Pair" the your device's via Bluetooth. Simply follow the few easy steps provided with the "SmartTag" during pairing and you'll be good to go. I have 6 "SmarTags" in total all paired to my Samsung devices to keep track of my spare keys (house/car) and even my dog.

Initial setup was a breeze and worked like a charm. we used it to locate our luggages upon arriving at airport. unfortunately, only one worked properly and alerted us of its location. the 2nd tag didn't work. have tried resetting it multiple times, then our 2nd tag stopped working. we searched online on how to troubleshoot this, but as for now no straightforward solution was present. then after leaving both without battery for about a week then returning back the battery and resetting it again, it worked againsame scenario happened to many users of samsung tag. maybe because of software.
