Q: What is the distance between the armrest slots?

I don’t know the distance but it was extremely “snug” on a standard golf cart. I would not buy it again.

Q: Does this fit ez go golf cart ?

Yes. I have a RXV EZ GO. And it is just fine.

Q: Will this fit the back seat also?

If you have a 4 passenger got cart it should work providing the back seat has the same back rests as the front. My wife uses this as do many of her golfing league friends when they think it gets too cold. Should be fine. Hit them straight and long. Mr. Vermont

Q: Is it machine washable?

Yes it's washable I have washed mine a few times but I hang it to dry I don't put it in the dryer
