Cinnamon helps control blood sugar
I started taking this to control blood sugar. My doctor had me at pre-diabetic but even after losing 50 lbs my blood sugar was averaging 109. I actually take my blood sugar fasting every morning. It took a month for it to kick in but now blood sugar is averaging under 100. The other day I got an 87. I’m eating right, too, but I think the cinnamon is making a difference. I take 2 tablets first thing in the morning and one before each meal. It beats the crap out taking a prescribed medication.

I've been a repeat customer for this product. Last month, I orderd a bottle of 180 capsules. My husband recently asked me to reorder, only a month and a half later, which made us realize the previous bottle contained only 120 capsules instead. Since the 180 capsule bottle should last him 90 days, this was a significant shortage. This discrepancy is disappointing and I advise future buyer to verify the contents of their delivery.
