I am the admin & have loaded video files to my new diskashur. when i try to play those files from the disk, i can't read them. how can i fix this?

Before you start working with the disk, you need to format it into the required file system. To do this, we need to understand what operating system you are using and your network environment. If you cannot read only video files, then the problem is not in the disk, but in the operating system and video players.

Smb2 supported? macos?

Works with any Operating System, including macOS. Once the drive is authenticated, you can treat it like any standard non-encrypted USB hard drive. When the device is disconnected, all data is encrypted (full disk encryption).

I cannot get this drive to work with a macbook air. i can use finder to see it, but it will not mount for use. what am i doing wrong?

It says it works for smartphones but doesn’t list iPhone. Does it work for iPhone?
