Great quality! Pleasantly surprised, as I knew the pendant was sterling silver, but was worried about the chain. I gave it to my friend today for her birthday and she loved it! The chain was very nice, she commented that it was actually nicer than the ones she got as a gift from her husband from an expensive jewelry store. Will definitely keep this company in mind the next time I need a gift!

I couldn't have been more pleased with this necklace. I bought it as a gift and will be proud to give it! The treble clef is a little bigger than I expected and the box chain is beautiful and also heavier than I expected. It came in a very cute little gift box with a small pamphlet about Silver Mountain jewelry and a polishing cloth and I would recommend it. What I don't know is if it is the same necklace every time it is ordered. Some reviews did not agree with my opinion so maybe they are not all the same. If so, I got lucky because this is very nice.

I purchased this for my daughter's music tutor and am very tempted to purchase another one for my daughter. It's beautiful and the gold/silver combination really makes it stand out. Perfect for the music lovers in your life, I highly recommend it. Mine did not come with a box (it came with a small gray pouch and cloth to clean it--thankfully I had a small box as it looked classier in a box than in the clear plastic it arrived in and I was worried the chain might get tangled if I just put it into the velour gray pouch it came with).

I purchased this as a graduation gift for a young violinist. The treble clef is just over 1" long, with a nice weighty feel although it is by no means chunky in appearance. It has a "hand-crafted" look due to the variation in width of the sterling. The gold and silver combo make it easily to accessorize with different earrings, and I also like that the pendant is a slide. The box chain seems fairly sturdy. It arrived in a nice looking presentation box with a polishing cloth. I would purchase from this line in the future.

Bought this to give as a gift to my daughter's music teacher as she was retiring and my daughter was graduating. She LOVED it! It came in a beautiful box and cleaning cloth and it was the perfect gift for her.

This necklace was very pretty, however, my daughter had an allergic reaction to the chain. When I purchased it I thought the chain was also sterling silver because of her skin sensitivity. I need to purchase a sterling silver chain to avoid any reactions.

pendant is nice size and pretty...but chain provided is micro teeny tiny thin and short. An adult woman will almost certainly need a different chain
