Two of the silicone covers underneath were missing in my product! Will get to try this soon; but if you can send me the missing parts I would appreciate it though!

I like the way this grill cooks but not for family use. It is so small it is made more for a one person use

I was able to cook all of these on here! It worked great! I cooked about 8/9 small lollipop lamb chops and 4 lobsters. The stone takes time to heat up, but I can’t expect the stone to warm as fast as the griddle. It was perfect for my small family. If you need to cook for more than 3 people this may not be fore you.

This item was good if for small pax like urself and plus. It takes a while to heat and doesn't heat up that hot making the meat cooked a while as compared to others. Using the oven top to grill is faster. The raclette is good but i hooe there's a separate heating control as the cheese gets burnt faster than expected. Otherwise , it is a good indoor small food serving and for smaller pax

The media could not be loaded.  This is a nice Grill. I like the option to have the Grill, or the Stone, as I previously had 2 separate units, for each type of cooking surface. It's very light weight, and just the right size, to place center table, for a dinner party. An adjustable temp knob, helps me not burn the food, and both surfaces come off easily, for cleaning. Being that this item is shipped, I'd like to note, the packaging was excellent, and protective. The unit was 100% in tact, inside the box.

I like this product a lot my only complaint is that it is smaller then I thought it be. It also takes a hot minute to get it up to temperature. Really ideal for two people only my family of five isn’t compatible really…but I still make use of it

I did a lot of research before deciding on this Rackette! Worth every penny! Easy to clean, cooks beautifully several foods at the same time! A fun and healthy way to entertain!

Easy clean up! love the stone piece to cook certain items. Gets hot quick so after 10 min heat up time turn it down for chicken and shrimp. We just moved to TN and take out is not our thing so this was perfect for quick meals with the family!!
