Very well packaged for shipping with shrink wrap and a lot of paper filler in the box to keep it from getting jostled. This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner combo. It smells fresh but not overpowering and leaves my hair feeling silky and clean. Natural ingredients for my sensitive skin is a plus.

I am typical Biolage fan, but tried this out. It doesn’t feel as smoothing in the shower, but the results are amazing after I dry and style my hair! My hair feels great and looks amazing. My typical hair is thick, almost straight with occasional waves and more on the dry side. The smell is my FAVORITE too!!

Even though it's not marketed as a hair loss shampoo, this has all of the best essential oils for scalp health and encouraging hair growth including peppermint, rosemary, tea tree, and even some thyme. Both the shampoo and conditioner contain them, so I leave each on for a few minutes to let the oils sink in before rinsing. You can tell they didn't skimp on the oils since you can feel the tingle from the peppermint. It feels great, and my scalp is feeling much better than before. Less itching and sensitivity. Before trying this shampoo I had been making my own using castile soap, aloe juice, glycerin, and a similar mix of essential oils, but the high PH of the soap was making my hair and scalp unhappy. This looks and smells very similar but makes my hair and scalp feel great with the lower PH balance. The best shampoo I've ever used!

This is my Absolute Favorite essential part of my self care. I love this scent and I've been enjoying this product for 10 years. The scent throughout the day is impressive when wet and dry. I have the entire set of this scent with the other hair products they offer. When people hug me, I'm told my hair fragrance is awww-mazing. This is a relaxing spa like experience, as I lavish myself in the scent of an elegant bouquet of rose petals, and sweetness of cherry blossoms. Did I mention? It's like spring bouquet all year long, with plumeria, honeysuckle, and passion fruit. My hair is lush and manageable with a lovely shine. 100% vegetarian ingredients, no animal testing, no parables, laurel, laureth sulfate or dyes to this gorgeous products. It lives up to the name, CHIC IT IS!
