"Systagenix Promogran Prisma Ag - Matrix Dressing is made from a matrix of 55% collagen 44% oxidised regenerated cellulose(ORC) and 1% ORC Silver. This wound dressing helps to kick start the healing process while providing protection from infection. When exudate mixes with the matrix the wound dressing becomes soft and conformable to the skin and can be worn for up to seven days. It is a biodegradable gel allowing contact with all areas of the wound. Ideal for diabetic venous pressure and other ulcers. Also works well with traumatic and surgical wounds. Can be used under compression therapy. 4.34 hexagon shape with a healing pad of 2 1 4 x 2 1 4 ."
