Nice plates. I ordered the wrong ones. Not the sellers fault!
These are great except my nutritionist told me to eat 1/2 plate of fruit and vegetables, 1/4 whole grain & 1/4 protein because of my kidney disease. I was the one that ordered these without paying much attention to the pictures ( which would probably work for most people).

Small and plastic
It's very very small and made of plastic. I believe after a few washing the fonts will come off along with the art work . I thought is would be Laser on but nope. No clue each Portion dividing parts sizes? No booklet no Instructions. I'm going to return and go with
