The frame is beautiful but I was unhappy when setting it up through the app, which is the only way to use this product.Firstly, I needed to create an account through the app before I could set up the frame, and when I entered my phone number, I never received a text with the needed verification code. I finally used an email address, but it still took about 10-15 minutes before the email arrived. (I could find no contact information for support personnel to help me troubleshoot this in the meantime.)Secondly, you are not able to use the app to add or manage photos unless you give it access to your camera, microphone and location data (even though I’d already given it access to my photo albums). When I read through the privacy policies, it mentioned it’s governed by the laws governing People’s Republic of China, which I’m not really comfortable sharing all my data with. I don’t see any reason they need complete access to my microphone and camera in order for me to upload images I’ve previously taken.Thirdly, the second time I tried to access my frame through the app, it had trouble connecting and I wasn’t able to get it to allow me to manage my photos. I ended up going through the frame and doing a factory reset to wipe my data and am sending it back.Even though this is a less expensive policy, I am returning it and am ordering one from Aura Home, as I feel more comfortable with their privacy policies and the fact it’s a US-based company.

Be careful if you buy from this company - if there's a problem it looks like they're not interested to help you....:(3 months later - and still no refund. APPALLING experience

For the money, this product is disappointing. I think the speaker sounds shrill, cheap and irritating. I also found it does not handle simple gifs, but freezes instead - requiring me to unplug the unit in order to reset it. I had to delete gifs from the slideshow. Given the quality of electronics today, this unit is surprisingly mediocre for the price. I'd never buy another. Attached video shows freeze-up even after gif files removed.

Had a 10" that finally died. Upgraded to this 15" display. Wow! Visible from all angles. This size allows you to easily see the pictures from a good distance. Very happy with this purchase.

The product would freeze to black screen for 2 or 3 seconds and was not the quality I expected.
